As an alternative to receiving documentation through the post, DTZ offers shareholders the option to receive email notification when shareholder documents (including the Annual Report) are available for access on our website.
 
If you wish to make such an election, you should register online with our registrars at:

You will need your shareholder reference number (SRN) which appears on your share certificate.  Registration is entirely voluntary and you may request a hard copy of the shareholder document or change your mind at any time.
